Century 21 South Africa Master Franchisor, shareholder, and accomplished real estate executive with more than a decade of experience across residential, commercial, development, and investment property sectors. As Managing Director and Principal of Century 21 Paarl, Franschhoek, Potchefstroom, Mossel Bay, and Parys, I lead high-performing operations focused on strategic growth, market expansion, and service excellence.
My career has been built on a strong entrepreneurial foundation, combining industry expertise with a results-driven business approach. I hold a BCom degree in International Trade and Marketing from North-West University, an NQF5 qualification in Financial Planning, as well as PPRA PDE4 and PDE5 certifications. These qualifications, together with extensive hands-on experience, have enabled me to successfully navigate complex property transactions, business development opportunities, and large-scale investment strategies.
Over the years, I have played an active role in property development, real estate sales and rentals, franchise growth, and strategic business ventures across multiple industries, including petroleum and architecture. My focus remains on building sustainable businesses, creating long-term value for investors and clients, and driving innovation within the South African property sector.
Recognised for strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-driven business practices, I am passionate about developing people, expanding brands, and identifying opportunities in evolving markets. Outside of business, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, camping, and fishing — pursuits that reinforce resilience, discipline, and balance, both personally and professionally.
